Who is Kevin Rose?

Since 2009 I have been mentoring dental business owners and perfecting for dentistry, the structures, systems and methods that I have used outside of dentistry for over 20 years, to grow businesses, engage teams and improve financial results. 

I mentor, coach and train dental practice owners and their teams to be the very best that they can be.

I am a founding partner of The Future Health Partnership, a partner in specialist referral practice Dental Excellence at Harewood and a Heart Your Smile Ambassador. I was voted 22nd in The Dentistry Top 50 in 2012 and I have worked with over 50 dental practices across the UK and Ireland.

Who is Matt Perkins?

Matt has extensive experience in all aspects of periodontology and implant dentistry and has a special interest in bone augmentation, bone and periodontal regeneration and periodontal plastic surgery. He is a partner in Modus Advanced Dental Clinic, a specialist referral practice. He also has varied experience in the treatment of peri-implantitis.

As a registered mentor for the ADI he lectures nationally and internationally he lectures on all aspects of periodontology and implant dentistry. He also sits on the editorial board of two national journals, for which he regulalry writes articles. He was voted 6th in the Dentistry Top 50 2012.

Why do you need to join The Insiders Club?

What would it be like if you were as confident about your business, finances, team and marketing as you are about your clinical skills, even when the door of your surgery is closed? 

If you could have a team that willingly give that little extra, a marketing plan that attracts more of the patients that you want and a level of service that keeps your patients happy, how would you all benefit? 

There are a few quick wins in business and you can probably find those for yourself. You don’t go on a clinical course and bring the tutor back to your surgery. My approach follows this same idea; to develop you personally as a business leader so that the skills, motivation and support you will receive from me, produce the answers, application and results from inside of you.

What does The Insiders Club deliver? 

It’s a full 12 month business development and leadership programme with carefully selected modules, online as well as face to face support and optional onsite training for you or your team. 

It includes guest clinical speakers and industry professionals. The program is split into four quarterly workshops with clearly defined objectives and outcomes that are designed to develop your business and you as a business leader. You will also be invited to join a monthly webinar where you will review your progress and get supportive feedback from your peers. You will also receive your own Dashboard budgeting tool and annual development plan.

The 2013 programme starts on March 20th and is open to just 12 members so that you get personal attention and the opportunity to build your own support network of like minded dentists.

What is included in The Insiders Club workshops?

Personal mentoring and you will be guided through your own 90 day business development plan which we will review at each workshop.

Finish each workshop with specific personal and business activities such as defining your business plan, financial budgeting and monitoring, defining and implementing your brand values.

A detailed introduction and analysis of a proven business structure that you will be able to apply to your business.

You will be given exclusive online access to your very own Client Dashboard which breaks down all of your financial, marketing, efficiency, patient service and personnel management objectives into an Annual Operating Plan.

The objectives, strategies and measures that are essential for long and short term planning.

A proven framework that will guide you through exactly how to manage and lead your business broken down into key monthly activities that you can monitor and measure.

How to engage, motivate and reward your team without just throwing money at them.

You will learn the specifically how to share your vision and plans for your business, how to search, recruit and retain talent and how to engage all of your team as efficiently and as quickly as possible.

The principles and methods that are proven to deliver consistent patient care and first class results, where all patient feedback becomes positive.

Learn how to understand your patients more than ever before, explain how you can help them, find the common ground that all of your team share so that first class patient care becomes standard.

Specific training modules including how to use written, verbal and non verbal communication to put your patients at ease and increase treatment plan acceptance.

Financial and accounts training - what to look for in your accounts and trading performance, when and how to take action.

Business is about cash and behaviours. You will learn how to manage cash, profitability, building business value and exit strategies.

Leadership development - how your own confidence can become a state of mind.

Learn about states and what drives human behaviour so that you can recognise your own state and know how to change it.

All workshops are delivered through a framework that I have tried and tested. It is only a framework though and we can adapt and develop each day according to the real situations we are dealing with.

What isn't included?

  1. All the answers to life, business and everything - sorry, if you want somebody just to tell you what to do then I wish you well.

  2. Lots of talking about clinical stuff - there are plenty of other places and opportunities for this. 

  3. Moaning.

  4. Loads of boring slides

Ah yes but what about...?

“I have been to these groups before and we just end up talking about dentistry and whinging” - Well, you may have done but I have trained extensively in facilitation, run many of these workshops before. You have just got to trust me on this one, I don’t let it happen.

“It’s all well and good meeting every 90 days, but am I left to my own devices for the other 89?” No. Your membership of The Insiders Club includes a fortnightly conference call with the rest of your group and one to one discussion if you require it.

“I have somebody else doing training with my team” That’s absolutely fine. I know many of the trainers personally and we can make sure that we complement each other. I can also provide telephone, communication, sales and care coordinator training on site if you want it.

The time away from my chair” Agreed, you can’t be in two places at once but we are talking about four days per year and the benefits of making this investment in you and your business are proven.

When and where will The Insiders Club take place?

The workshop will be held at a location that is most central to where are members are travelling from. It will be a quality hotel with good facilities and easy access. The first workshop will be in March 2013 and quarterly thereafter.

What is the investment?

I will ask you to invest your full commitment to The Insiders Club so that you will achieve real results for you, your business and your patients.

In return I will ask for a monthly subscription of £195. These prices are subject to VAT which I have to charge and pass on to the appropriate authorities, sorry that’s just the way it is.

My commitment to you?

At each workshop you will have the chance to assess what you have learned and provide your full and honest feedback. If you do not feel that it working for you, I will refund your three previous months subscriptions.
