How can you help me?

If and how we work together is your choice. I only have one objective, which is to only ever do absolutely the right thing for you as my client and in some way improve the performance of your business.

When do you get involved?

I usually get invited to work with dentists when they feel stuck in some way, perhaps when change is required and this will normally begin at the top of the business before I work my way through all of the functions.

How long do I need to be a client for?

This will depend upon your circumstances and what exactly is required. Some clients benefit from a one off exercise; you may prefer to retain my services long term or in a background role.

What exactly will you do for me?

I don’t have any fixed programmes to offer you but I have broad structures that have been proven to work elsewhere. I have abundant energy and enthusiasm to help people. My input ranges from Online Business Mentoring through to in house training, marketing and business development, negotiations with banks, individual development and even sitting as a 'non-executive'.

How do I know that you are any good?

You can be reassured that I offer a no nonsense guarantee for a reason. I am confident in my ability to add value to your business and will only work with those clients where there is a clear objective for us both.

I am also an approved consultant and trainer for the clients of two major high street banks.

I invest over £10,000 every year in my personal development, which means that I am ahead of the latest business thinking and technologies.

Finally, I do of course have a group of very satisfied clients who will speak with you directly.

How much does it cost?

There are many ways that I can work with you, some are free and some require a financial investment. My fees are openly quoted on this website.
