You will be guided through a proven framework that will make the most of your abilities as a clinician and as a dental business leader. Whilst your exact outcomes will be unique, together we will progress through The Dental Business Leadership Wheel so that you will;

• Create a strong and compelling vision to engage your team and your patients and know how to communicate it to them.
• Build a team that take ownership and responsibility for you.
• Install key structures in your dental business which will improve your business efficiency and your confidence including access to your personalised Client Dashboard.
• Develop a support network of like minded dental business leaders at The Inisders Club where you can openly share best practice and ideas.
• Build your own confidence so that it becomes a state of mind.
• Achieve a level of business success that appears “effortless” to others.

This initial investment is delivered over a three month or six month period, during which you will receive three full day one-to-one sessions as well as unlimited telephone and email support. It will include an analysis of your finances, budgeting and patient service as well as all training and development for you and your dental team. The monthly service fee is £1250 for three months or £625 for six months.
